About these terms
These terms describe the permitted use of the BCG Outsourcing website and portal. Please read them alongside our Privacy policy. They do not replace a separately agreed service, employment or freelance agreement. If these website terms conflict with a signed engagement agreement on the delivery of that engagement, the engagement agreement governs that matter.
Choose your service and agreement
Accounting Outsourcing: BCG coordinates accounting and bookkeeping support under a service agreement with the client. The client decides whether to accept the proposed agreement. Scope, hours, fees, approvals and BCG’s management responsibilities must be agreed before work begins.
BCG Talent Connect: BCG identifies, vets and introduces freelance professionals. The client selects the professional and proposed agreement; the client and professional agree the work, hours, fees and conditions directly. Matching alone does not mean BCG manages their contract, hours or day-to-day work. Any additional BCG services or fees must be separately agreed.
The client chooses the service model. All relevant parties must agree their responsibilities; no party is committed merely by viewing the site, submitting a form, creating an account or receiving an introduction. Any change in service model should be confirmed in the applicable agreement.
Applications and introductions
Provide accurate information and only materials you are entitled to share. Applying, being vetted or joining the portal does not guarantee employment, an introduction, a placement, a particular rate or an outcome. Clients and professionals should discuss suitability, qualifications, access and expectations before entering an agreement. Vetting supports selection; it is not a guarantee of future performance.
Accounts and acceptable use
Use your own authorized account, keep credentials private and tell BCG if you suspect unauthorized access. Access only information you are entitled to see. Do not share another person’s portal data outside the agreed purpose.
Do not upload unlawful material, impersonate another person, send spam, introduce malicious software, bypass access controls or disrupt the service. BCG may restrict access to address misuse or security risks. Any effect on a paid engagement is governed by its agreement and applicable law.
Portal records and communications
The portal helps organize profiles, messages, assignments, hours and agreement status. A displayed status or recorded number of hours is not itself a signed contract or an amendment. Confirm contractual changes through the agreed process with the relevant parties. Report errors to BCG. Portal messages are not live chat; use the contact details below for time-sensitive matters.
Website content and third parties
Website information describes our services generally and is not individualized accounting, tax or legal advice. Obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances. We aim to keep information accurate, but availability and service details should be confirmed for your engagement.
BCG and its licensors retain rights in the website’s branding and content. You may view and use the site for legitimate inquiries and authorized services. Do not copy or reuse branding or content in a way that infringes another party’s rights.
Links and third-party tools are provided for convenience. Their providers control their own services and terms. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability or the operation of external services.
Your rights and engagement terms
Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Payment, cancellation, confidentiality, intellectual property in work delivered, liability and dispute arrangements for an engagement should be addressed in its separate agreement. These website terms do not set a universal fee, cancellation charge or liability cap for clients or professionals.
Changes and questions
