Talent Connect: BCG introduces you to clients. The client chooses the proposed agreement, and you agree scope, hours, fees and conditions together.
Accounting Outsourcing: BCG coordinates delivery under the service agreement chosen by the client. Your role and working terms are confirmed separately before you start.
